Posters

Monthly design of posters and activity schedules for the Center Mladih Koper youth centre (Koper, Slovenia), adapting all content to Italian and Slovenian due to the bilingual nature of the city.

Managing the space limitation to incorporate all the information in both languages was a challenge, but it allowed me to develop organisation, visual consistency and attention to detail in multilingual communication.

february

The design is inspired by the start of carnival, which takes place at the end of February in Slovenia and is a huge celebration. At the bottom of the design, I added the figure of a Kurent, a traditional Slovenian carnival character that symbolises the arrival of spring.

The poster was adapted for both digital use on social media and for large-format printing (140 × 200 cm) and in A2 and B1 formats.

april

For the April poster, I opted for a high-contrast monochrome design (black and white), which ensures legibility and a strong visual impact.

The poster was adapted for both digital use on social media and large-format printing (140 × 200 cm) and in A2 and B1 formats.

may

The design of this poster takes as its starting point two symbolic references typical of the month of May. On the one hand, the colour red evokes May 1st, Worker’s Day. On the other hand, the cream-coloured vase with flowers is symbolic of spring.

Due to the large number of activities scheduled, I designed two versions in order to distribute the information clearly.
