Institutional design

During my internship at the Faculty of Labour Relations, I worked on the renewal of the institution’s corporate image: most of the existing designs were outdated and the logo did not reflect the current identity.

Under the supervision of the dean, I worked to unify the new visual identity, creating coherent and modern designs that transmitted the faculty’s renewed identity.

01

Poster design

Design of various types of posters to promote activities and programmes within the faculty, maintaining visual consistency with the institution’s corporate identity.

02

Stickers

Design of stickers to be placed on the back of the seats in the auditorium. The design incorporates the faculty logo and features a QR code that links to the faculty’s website.

03

Diplomas

Diploma design for the 2023/2024 academic year awards ceremony, in line with corporate colours and incorporating the brand.

04

Bookmark

Bookmark design based on an image of the faculty building.

The design was challenging, as the faculty did not have any distinctive visual elements, but I was inspired by its windows, which were of different sizes and had yellow frames. I focused on them as the main motif (along with the highly recognisable palm tree), colouring each pane of glass to create bookmarks that reflected the identity of the building in a simple and recognisable way.

05

Stand

Stand design for the faculty, using the brand in mosaic format and prominently integrating the word ‘Laborales’, which is representative of the institution.

06

Class timetable and exam schedule

Redesign of class schedules for the different degree courses, as well as the faculty’s examination calendars.

The previous design consisted of a table generated in Excel, with no visual hierarchy and unclear information, which made it difficult to read. The new approach focused on improving the clarity and readability of the information, as well as adapting the timetables to the institutional graphic identity, achieving a cleaner, more orderly and understandable design.
